Technical support
International policy engagement increasingly depends on specialist knowledge, careful preparation and the ability to navigate complex institutional processes. We provide the technical expertise and practical support required to participate effectively in international dialogues, reviews, negotiations, consultations and agreements, whether bilateral or multilateral.
Our work covers areas including FATF and EU high-risk jurisdiction processes, tax frameworks, sanctions, visa arrangements, trade and investment, regulatory alignment, migration, natural resources, development finance, security and defence and other international policy frameworks. We help clients understand requirements, prepare positions, coordinate stakeholders, develop negotiating materials and demonstrate progress to international counterparts.
We also support participation in major international frameworks and events, including COPs, G77 meetings, WTO Ministerial Conferences, UNGA, the World Health Assembly and major international summits. This includes substantive preparation, institutional engagement, programme development and follow-up.
Our technical support can also extend to establishing diplomatic relations and a diplomatic presence in a new jurisdiction, developing the necessary institutional and stakeholder architecture. We prepare and support major international conferences, including donors' conferences following conflict or humanitarian disasters.
The emphasis throughout is on practical execution: turning complex international requirements into workable programmes, credible positions and effective engagement.
