Networks & partnerships

Sustainable influence depends on relationships that extend well beyond formal diplomatic channels. We help clients establish and manage the political, governmental, business, academic, cultural and civil-society relationships that provide lasting access, credibility and opportunities for cooperation.

Our work includes developing political and institutional networks, facilitating relationships between governments and organisations, and creating partnerships with business associations, think tanks, universities, NGOs, foundations and other influential platforms. We can also establish and manage complementary diplomatic structures, including trade offices, business councils, institutes and other organisations designed to extend a country's or client's international presence.

We organise introductions, exchanges, partnerships and programmes that give relationships substance and continuity. This includes high-level political and official engagement, university partnerships and educational exchanges, cultural diplomacy, sports diplomacy and relationships with international business and policy communities.

Where appropriate, we help clients move from individual contacts towards structured, long-term partnerships — including relationships with political parties, transnational networks, international organisations and strategic partners. Our objective is not simply to increase the number of contacts a client has, but to build a network of relationships that can generate continuing political, economic and diplomatic value.
