Our work can involve building support for a particular policy position, influencing negotiations, addressing regulatory or political concerns, defending national interests or creating momentum for a change in the status of a relationship.

We develop stakeholder maps, identify potential supporters and interlocutors, prepare political and policy messaging, arrange meetings and manage sustained programmes of engagement. Where appropriate, we combine institutional lobbying with public communications, coalition-building and high-level political outreach.
