Aviation accords

Access to the EU aviation market is critical for connectivity, tourism and national economic development. Restrictions such as airline bans or regulatory listings can have immediate commercial and reputational consequences, often extending beyond the aviation sector itself.

We advise governments on engagement with the EU regarding aviation agreements, market access and regulatory compliance. Our work bridges technical aviation regulation and political decision-making within EU institutions, as well as broader issues relating to IATA in Montreal and EASA in Cologne.

We support dialogue with EU institutions and Member States to ensure that safety reforms, oversight improvements and compliance efforts are accurately reflected in EU assessments.

Where restrictions exist or are anticipated, we help structure credible pathways toward review and reinstatement. We also provide strategic communications support to mitigate reputational damage and reassure commercial partners.
