We help governments and institutions develop practical international partnerships across security, defence and law enforcement. We facilitate relationships with counterparts, agencies and defence establishments, supporting everything from institutional dialogue and capacity-building to specific cooperation projects.

We support governments and institutions in developing international security and law-enforcement relationships across a broad range of bilateral, regional and multilateral frameworks. This can include defence cooperation, police and judicial relationships, intelligence dialogue, border management, maritime security, organised-crime cooperation and institutional capacity-building.

European engagement is an important component of this work. We support clients seeking relationships with Member States' defence and security establishments, as well as engagement with EU Common Security and Defence Policy missions, relevant EU agencies and programmes, and instruments such as the European Peace Facility. We also assist with opportunities for defence-industry cooperation and access to European security and defence networks.

Our work extends well beyond Europe, including relationships with governments, security institutions and regional organisations across Africa, the Middle East, Asia and other strategic regions. We can facilitate institutional contacts, prepare delegations and dialogues, develop partnership proposals and support the political and communications dimensions of sensitive cooperation.
