Our work focuses on constructive engagement: understanding concerns, identifying practical responses and ensuring that progress is communicated credibly to relevant audiences.

In the European context, this can include support around EU human-rights dialogues, political consultations, external-relations frameworks, parliamentary engagement, trade preferences and other processes in which human-rights considerations form part of the relationship with a partner country. We also work with clients in relation to wider international mechanisms, including UN bodies, regional human-rights organisations and other relevant institutions.

Our role can encompass stakeholder mapping, institutional engagement, preparation for dialogues and reviews, communications around reforms and assistance in developing international engagement strategies. We can also help governments and organisations identify opportunities to demonstrate progress through broader diplomatic, development, educational and civil-society partnerships.
