

Ilirjana Sehu
Ilirjana Sehu is a strategist with extensive experience in international consulting, diplomacy, legal advisory work and cross-border stakeholder engagement.
She previously served as Head of the Croatian Chamber of Economy Office in Kosovo, advising on market entry, investment strategy, and regional cooperation across southeast Europe and key international markets, including Albania, North Macedonia, Kazakhstan and Türkiye.
She served as an adviser to the former President of Croatia, Stjepan Mesić, supervising high-level government, diplomatic, and private-sector engagements with heads of state, ministers, senior executives and high-net-worth individuals. She was also instrumental in shaping Mesić’s two successful presidential campaigns.
Earlier, she worked as Staff Attorney with the American Bar Association office in Kosovo and as Legal Adviser to the OSCE Mission in Kosovo, contributing to governance reform, rule-of-law initiatives and institutional development.
Fluent in English, Albanian, Croatian, Turkish and Serbian, she brings strategic clarity, discretion, and geopolitical insight to the complex international environments in which we work.
